Keith Greig 29/04/1971 – 06/03/2026

It is with great sadness that the Denis Brinicombe Group (DBG) announce the passing of its Managing Director, Keith Greig. Keith was a remarkable man whose life and work will leave a lasting mark on the agricultural and animal health industries. Taken far too soon, at the age of just 54, he was a figure of immense dedication, integrity, and influence—someone whose impact will be felt for many years to come.

Throughout his career, Keith devoted himself wholeheartedly to advancing the standards, innovation, and professionalism of the animal health sector. His work was never simply about business; it was about people, livestock, land, and the communities that depend on them. Those who worked alongside him knew a man driven not by personal recognition, but by a deep commitment to doing things properly and pushing the industry forward.

From a Scottish farming family, Keith joined FSLBell as an eager young salesman and quickly rose through the ranks. When DBG acquired that company, Keith continued his rise to become instrumental in the development and growth of DBG, where his vision, leadership, and tireless work ethic helped shape it into the respected organisation it is today. Colleagues often spoke of his clarity of thought, practical wisdom, and the calm confidence he brought to even the most challenging decisions.

Within the industry he built a reputation that extended far beyond his own organisation. He was highly respected by partners, clients, and peers alike. Even those who competed with him recognised the integrity with which he operated and the standards he set. In a field where strong opinions and fierce competition are common, he stood out as someone who earned admiration across the board.

Yet those who knew him best will remember more than his professional achievements. He was known for his generosity with time and knowledge, always willing to offer guidance, share experience, or lend support to colleagues and friends. His presence brought energy and reassurance, and his quiet determination inspired those around him.

His passing leaves a profound gap—not only within the industry he helped shape, but among the many people who had the privilege of working with him. He leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, respect, and commitment that will continue to influence the agricultural and animal health communities for years to come.

Keith will be remembered not only for what he built, but for how he built it—with honesty, passion, and unwavering dedication.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
