My 22 year old horse has bad hooves so I started to feed him Foot Perfect Hoof Supplement. My farrier noticed a difference after only 3 weeks, and within 3 months there was a major improvement. Summer shoeing used to be every 3 ½  weeks, but now he goes 4 ½ to 5 weeks, as his hooves are much better quality. His winter shoes have been lasting 6 weeks! Just a little update for you since I started Biscuit on Foot Perfect in October: her hooves are very noticeably better – in fact my farrier has commented that he’s removing more every time and there’s a good strong band of hoof wall growing down. My horse has soft soles and the outside of her hooves looks like a coconut shell. My farrier, who is not known for his tact, is always extremely rude about her hooves everytime he shoes them – until this time! The outside of her hooves is looking much better since feeding Foot Perfect. I have also started to feed it to my other horse who has poor hooves as a result of a bout of laminitis.

UPDATE: My farrier is now recommending Foot Perfect to all his clients as a result of the difference it has made to my horse.

In March, my 21 year old TB, Boyce, became lame with an abscess, but rather than clearing up, the abscess kept re-occuring and xrays showed that it had spread to the pedal bone. Boyce had to have an operation to remove the damaged tissue, which resulted in a very large section of hoof wall being removed as well. On recommendation of my farrier, I started feeding Foot Perfect Hoof Supplement, and in just 2 months the hoof has shown incredible growth. I am delighted as it now looks like Boyce is going to come through this successfully.

My farrier recommended Foot Perfect for my horse’s crumbly hooves and I have been using it for about 8 months. Slowly his feet are getting better, but my farrier says that they were in such poor condition when I bought him that it is going to take time. I am happy with the results the Foot Perfect is having and my horse seems happier too!

I used to have trouble keeping shoes on my horse's hooves and kept having to call the farrier back. After 6 months of Foot Perfect both my farrier and I agree that there has been an improvement . She also used to be flat footed and walked on her heels but this has also got better .

After trying Foot Perfect at the full dose last winter and at a reduced level over the summer, I can now report that my horse has much improved feet. My farrier says that the horn quality shows substantial improvement, the shoes last longer and hold the nails better. After 2 months lameness, a keratoma in the hoof was diagnosed. This had to be operated on, involving removal of a large piece of the hoof wall from the coronet band down, and, I was told, at least 6 months box rest. I fed full doses of Think Complete Granules and Foot Perfect to ensure she was getting everything she needed. After just 3 ½ months there had been so much hoof growth that the Vets said I could start riding again! I was delighted , and my farrier is recommending Foot Perfect to others now too. H. B. Devon

Dear Brinicombe Equine,
I have been feeding Foot Perfect to my flat footed thoroughbred for two months now. Previously I have used biotin supplements but I have never been happy with his hooves. Unfortunately I have changed farrier so he is unable to comment on any change in the quality of his hooves as yet, but to my surprise I have noticed an improvement in his soles. Since feeding Foot Perfect , he is much less 'footy' over stones. I have another horse with even thinner soles, so I intend to stop his current supplement and swap to yours. My horse ate it readily and I feel that the price compares favourably with other products I have used in the past.
